Equipment Introduction
Xi'an Brictec PCS Series automatic pulverized coal firing system is a fully-automatic production system that integrates raw coal metering, crushing, drying, feeding, burning, and monitoring functions. Designed specifically for the brick and tile industry, this system is suitable for all continuous firing kilns that utilize top-fed pulverized coal combustion.
System Components
Hardware: Includes raw coal storage silo, scale conveyor belt, coal crusher, screw conveyor, pulverized coal dryer, dust collector, chain feeder, and pulverized coal burner.
Software: Comprises data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.
